A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO-certified internal auditor, Nascimento brings deep expertise in systems thinking, continuous improvement, and strategic delivery. From managing water systems and power plants to leading VPO implementation at CDM, he has driven cost savings, improved quality performance, and built high-functioning teams across complex operational environments.

His cross-industry background — including food processing, aluminum smelting, and extractives — equips him with a rare agility to solve problems, scale solutions, and ensure excellence in program execution.
