Gilberto Molande is a leading expert in MSME development, financial literacy, and livelihood restoration with over 15 years of experience across Mozambique and the region. An MBA graduate and seasoned management consultant, he has supported more than 500 entrepreneurs and small businesses, developed incubation models, and led technical assistance for youth employment and value chain development.
From managing economic empowerment projects in conflict-affected zones to leading financial education programs funded by the ILO and EU, Gilberto blends strategic insight with grassroots engagement. He has worked with national and international actors including ActionAid, UNHCR, OCHA, and the Zambezi Valley Development Agency, building business incubators and facilitating enterprise-led recovery in Niassa, Zamb茅zia, Tete, and beyond.
